SHIPPINING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
  • We ship all in-stock standard orders within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
  • Orders received after 2 pm PST will be shipped out the following business day. If you need the item sooner please call us at 1-800-843-7718 and we can expedite your shipping needs to Overnight, 2 Day or 3 Day.
  • Your order may come from one or more of our warehouses and may arrive in multiple packages.
  • If we are at a horse show you will be contacted about the shipping time frame, as most of our inventory will be with us.
  • Custom orders generally ship within 4-12 weeks, depending on the product. This timeframe is subject to change. If, for some reason, your order will take longer than usual to arrive you will be contacted by a Chaps by Woods' team member.

Return Policy

  • All refused shipments are subject to a 2% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees related to international refusals are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Sales of custom items and sale items are final.

If your custom chaps, chinks or apparel do not fit they may be returned for alterations. Please see Alteration Services & Pricing for more details.
