I ordered a pair of custom chaps from Chaps by Woods' hoping to have them in time for the APHA World show but was late to order and wasn’t sure I would have them in time. Lori went above and beyond to finish the chaps and get them to me and surprised me by having them ready!
At every step of the way CBW communicated with me and helped me get measured and ordered. The chaps fits me perfectly! I can’t recommend Lori and Chaps by Woods' enough. Superb customer service experience!
