How to Order Your Custom Chaps | Chinks:

- Take measurements with a cloth measuring tape

- Wear the pants and boots you show in

- Remember to choose your yoke shape style

Ordering in 4 Easy Steps:

STEP 1. Measurements: Returning customers please confirm with us if we need new measurements from you. For new customers please fill out our Chap Measurements chart. You can find our chart below and chap measuring video here.

STEP 2. Choose your details: Type of leather, leather color, chap silver, yoke & yoke shape style and any extra options (such as: studs, buckstiching, twisted or braided fringe, 2nd color fringe, crystals, etc.).

STEP 3. Send in your measure chart with your choices. Once received we will review your measurements and may request you to re-measure certain measurements. For any color leather, other than black, samples will be mailed.

STEP 4. Once your measurements have been approved and you have confirmed all the details, a 50% deposit is required and you estimated completion time given. The remaining balance plus shipping is charged when your chaps are complete and being shipped.

Delivery time on custom chaps change during the year from 4-14 weeks according to the number of orders ahead of you. You can always check with us for the current wait times.

How to Order a Matching Belt:

To determine your belt size, measure your current belt from the folded end to the hole you use. That will now be the center hole of your new belt with two extra holes on either side to loosen or tighten as needed.

Belt ordered with chaps: $59.00
Belt ordered separately: Black $59.00 and Color $69.00
Top Grain belt smooth or suede, color: $69.00

Leather Options:

Top Grain: Black $695.00 Color: $895.00: Smooth on one side and suede on the other.

Pig Suede: $545.00: Light weight. Suede side only.

Sensuede: $495.00: Man-made material.

Garment Splits: $495.00: Medium weight. Suede on both sides.

These are the base price for each leather option only. Chap/ Chink silver, specialty yokes or any other additional options will be an extra fee.

Large & Tall Charges:

*15% applies to Top Grain, Pig Suede and Garment Splits with chap waists over 44" and inseams 37" and over

*Sensuede: $30.00 applies to chaps waists over 44"

* $25.00 applies to inseams 37" and over.

Our tooled yokes are the highest quality hand-tooled, hand-dyed leather, uniquely crafted and rich colors to suit every custom pair of Chaps and Chinks! These gorgeous hand-made yokes are made in the heart of California.

Because our leather craftsman construct each yoke one at a time, no two creations are ever exactly alike, and colors to designs may vary slightly from what is pictured. Each yoke is uniquely, beautifully made just for you, so pick out your color choice and pattern for your custom Chaps or Chinks
